Robert Miller requests stay of proceedings in sex crime case due to health concerns

In a request filed in Quebec Superior Court Monday, Robert Miller's lawyers say going ahead with the judicial process given his health violates the 80-year-old's Charter rights, as they say he will not be able to participate in the trial or defend himself.
